About Our Trainer


Owner and main trainer, "Coach Pete" is a retired 20 year Active Duty Army Soldier. He was an Army Master Trainer with over 15 years of training experience. Peter graduated locally from Kofa High School in 2001. He is married to Isabel Romero and is a father of five kids.

THE PROGRAM:

Week 1-4

Red Phase

Proper Building Phase: Focused on proper form, balance and stability building strength endurance and correcting bad eating habits.

Week 4-8

White Phase

Strengthening Phase: Reshaping and tightening the body, while improving Cardiovascular endurance and agility.

Week 8-12

Blue Phase

Sustaining Phase: Train like a Boss and respect the process. You will love the results!
